Both Jacob and I ended up with strep, but with antibiotics in our bodies we both feel better. I did go to Spain, and just arrived to a spring like Madrid with warm temperatures and already some green leaves!
Ironically, Joakim and I feel pretty good about me being gone now. Jacob will be on antibiotics exactly until the day I am back. That is usually the best medication for him not getting sick.
