Jacob is back home again. He has not had any further seizures after Friday. It is not clear why the seizure was so long. It might have been the lower threshold due to the antibiotics. We will probably never know. Luckily, Jacob recovered nicely from it.
I am going back home tomorrow now, definitely miss the kids after a week away.
I hope to not send an update for a while!
