ANOTHER DAY IN THE ICU

The oculogyrical crises increased this morning, so it was decided to start continuous valium for Jacob. Versed makes him pretty sleepy, so he has taken two long naps today. It's probably a virus or infection that is the underlying cause of the spells.
It sounds like we will be here at least until Thursday. They want to wait for the 48 hours blood culture. That means that my wisdom tooth removal won't happen this week:- We will know for sure tomorrow.
Jacob is cuddling with Sarah watching Bedtime stories. It's my cousin's last evening, so as the nurses make their shift change, we'll go for a quick dinner. We're sad to see her go back to Sweden tomorrow...but her kids miss her!
