SEPSIS

Jacob has sepsis again. His blood pressure is high 40s, low 50s. In order for them to be able to treat him with blood pressure medication at the right dose, he needs a breathing tube and the arterial line. The doctors are getting ready for the procedure.
I am not sure, if it's worse the first or second time you go through this with Jacob. I think the bottom line is that it's equally awful each time. He's so, so sick again. His whole body is fighting so hard.
